^^^ I'd like to be out on the surf out there!

I was at the Waikaloa annual Rubber Duckie race last year. What a fun day and a big turnout too. Unfortunately my duck didn't win. :(

Also played the golf course there. Had to wait for the bikini clad ladies to walk past along the beach trail before hitting my approach shot so I had a couple mins to take a pic. :)

More to follow...

More of my family:

Grandfather & Grandmother...would you believe they were motorcyle hooligans. They used to tear up the countryside on a Vincent Black Shadow.

My Great, Great, Great Grandfather...and a donkey...and a tiny relative who's name I don't know. We used to be farmers.

I've got some family pics that date from the late 1800's. One of my projects is scanning them all in and enhancing/repairing them. Long job though. The 3rd photo of my great aunt was damaged. All that was left of it was:

The photo in the previous post was a Photoshopped composite of the above scrap and the picture of uncle Sam.

Wow, nice PS job! I didn't even catch that in the original pic.

Ya, it would have taken me a week to do what Kahuna did in 5 minutes to fix my header. PS, what a tool, wish I could use it.

This is a lens I like and not too pricey. Bower 35mm used with a T2i.

TRICKY CHORD POSITIONS

Here I am teaching Aldrine and others how to play the really tricky chord of C7 (0001). They are finding it even more difficult than C6 (0000). They are clearly baffled by the complexity of it all. Poor Matt has got all the right notes, just in the wrong order.

LOL, I hate that C7! :p

Here's some tasty malasadas straight out of the fryer from Agne's Portuguese Bakery out in Kailua. We shudda ordered the dozen 'cause they were finished before we even left the bakery!

Where I work, the Red Arrows put on a free display directly overhead for me every few days. Working at places such as RAF Scampton, Cranwell and Waddington has its advantages.
