I’ve made a “Price Drop” and changed the price down for an instrument I’m trying to sell. It didn’t Bump the listing back to the first page as I would hope for. Is there a way to move it back more recent?

I think you need to make a reply to your post also saying something like "Price dropped to $xxx" Hope that helps!
Yup, @scrambled_eggs is spot on, you need to bump your thread with a new reply.
Yes exactly that: in order for a post to come back up to the top of the listing, you have to add a reply. Just changing the label and/or editing the title doesn't do it, unfortunately.
Note, too, that the bump will only last as long as no one else adds a further comment to a different thread, or creates a new thread in the same forum. So sometimes, that bump will last a while, and other times it'll be there & shoved down within minutes of posting the bump.
