Uke has sold. Ty Reverb.
This is the only one of its kind to ever be made, to my knowledge. Mint conidition, like new Kala Elite custom commissioned port orford cedar / beautiful curly Hawaiian koa XL super tenor. Made in May 2022. Fretboard conditioned with 100% pure mineral oil at the beginning of fall. Strings are new D'Addario Baritone Fluorocarbons, which feature 1 wound string for the low D, very similar in feel to most low G sets.
One of my favorite sounding ukes I've ever owned was their Elite Port Orford Cedar / Koa Tenor. I collaborated with their rep to have this one made. Features fretboard and faceplate upgraded from koa to ebony for more aesthetic contrast and resistance to wear, larger size for more volume and deeper tone, while still being playable to people that prefer tenor sizing. This is one of the most versatile ukes out there as it can be strung up high g, low G, *high d AND low D!*
This is essentially one of their dealer exclusive models that is considered a custom ukulele. Their regular tenor sized version sells for $1229 direct from Kala.

Here are specs / sound samps of a variation of the custom dealer exclusives Kala offers... the only diff is this one in the link is myrtle / spruce. What I'm offering will have similar volume, with a warmer, more balanced tone and more sustain.
