Hi All,
I know this isn't quite a Ukulele but I figured I would post it here for those of you who are banjo-curious. I bought this as my interest in banjo grew while learning Clawhammer Uke and it was a great "gateway" instrument for me to make the jump to a larger banjo. This banjo has a 17" scale, so its about the size of a Tenor and is the same size as the Beansprout Tenor banjolele.
This one has an 8" walnut block rim, walnut neck, radiused pistachio fretboard, goat skin head, brass hardware and Gotoh tuners. It is strung with Beansprouts custom strings for the instrument with 3 nylon and 2 wound strings. The sound on this little banjo is much bigger than its size suggests, and is perfect for those interested in old time music. Comes with a hard shell case.
Here is a video of the banjo being played.
