Anyone knows of a polished or flat would low G thicker than 0.030”? Or a guitar D string? The next size up seems to be 0.035”, which is a little too thick. Appreciate any info. Thanks

I use La Bella guitar D strings, which are exactly 0.030"

.030 seems to already be on the thick side. The T-I CF127 set I've used is .030. This set

is 0.027 and the 5th string is 0.34 but I don't think that would work as a G tenor string

Oasis has a .033" thickness phosphor bronze they call "warm". The "bright" is .030", I've used both with great success, very similar to the Fremont squeekless. . They can be had individually from Strings by Mail of direct from Oasis
