Somebody tab this, pretty please!

Hi ladies and gents. For the past three days I have been trying to figure out how to tab this song. The chords aren't hard (he provides them in the comments) and it doesn't look all that challenging to actually play but I severely lack the skills to watch this and tab it. The only thing I've managed to do is cause myself a lot of frustration. If one of you would be so awesomely kind as to tab this I will give you many praises and send you a cookie. Help me out here so my torment will end, won't you?
