Difficult to tell from the video Ken, but am I right to think there is a dovetailed slot in that sanding block i.e. that is not a butt joint. Cheers Mike.

That's right here is close up...it's great if the neck is a bit out of line you can off set it a bit and sand off the offending side to bring it back in line , just taking a tiny bit off one side can move the nut end several mm's.
