No mods necessary. They fit fine. Thanks for posting this! I just got an Islander AT-CUT expressly for the purpose of fitting it out with baby baritone strings. Did you need to do any modifications to the nut for the strings to fit?

I just got my Pepe Romero baby bari strings. (stringsbymail is super quick, wow!)
Is this two sets that you cut in half, or just one set?

I had a baritone for a bit with the uke logic high d set (soft tension). Worth a try.Sounds pretty good. I wonder how it would sound with high D. Thanks!
Honestly I don’t remember there being a big difference in tension. Is the string tension a bit higher with the CF-35/WC set, or higher with the Romero's?
Thanks for your demonstrations...very informative.
How do you think each would work on a concert?

I didn’t know that a baby baritone conversion was even a thing. This is fantastic because I’m about to get my second tenor and have been wondering what to do with my current one so it doesn’t go unused. I much prefer the idea of making it a baritone instead of a low g tenor. Thanks for the information!
