Songs with girl's names

Bobby Bare did a song called Marie Laveau written by the great Shel Silverstein

Didn't Shel also write "A Boy Named Sue", and "Mama Told Me Not To Come"? (among many others, I'm sure)

Waltzing Matilda.

"Cover Of The Rolling Stone"
"Don't Give A Dose To The ONe That You Love"
"The Unicorn" (For some reason, this one gets played on St. Patrick's Day, even though it has nothing to do with Ireland and was written by a Jewish guy from Chicago.)
"I Got Stoned And I Missed It"
"Put Another Log On The Fire"
"This Guitar Is For Sale"
"Queen Of The Silver Dollar"
"One's On The Way"

Did Parker ever record this with a jazz combo? I have heard it on the record he did with an orchestra (Mitch Miller?). but I always thought I'd like to hear him do it with jazz musicians.
Don't get me wrong; I love Bird in any setting, but this was not my favourite.
I posted the Sinatra version above because I thought that Loren would like a version with lyrics.

The Girl (Bonnie) From The Highlands
Balsam Range

Verse 1
I walked down from Inverness in the Spring of ‘23
With a dream for America My Home,
My pretty blue- eyed Bonnie made every step with me,
Scared to death and shiverin’ from the cold.

CHORUS

Verse 2
To the busy streets of Boston in the year of ‘25
Word had come from across the ocean wide
That winter in the Highlands, fever spread like fire
And my pretty blue- eyed Bonnie, she had died.
