By "sick" I assume you mean "cool", and not something bad....Those really do have sick looking sound holes.
Nickie, you are as sharp as a button. (what does that mean? Ha!)By "sick" I assume you mean "cool", and not something bad....
I was sick Monday night and Tuesday and it wasn't cool, not at all.
I don’t use picks/plectrums for uke, but my guitar pick accumulation is out of control. These are all I own...Dunlops were bought early on the try, felts were freebies, others from son (found at school or bought on a vacation, guess where?). I don't use any of them.

Wonderful photo of the Gibson with the blue-green fir in the background. (Is it a blue spruce?)
I'm honestly not sure. It's not very tall, almost like a bush on top of a short trunk.Wonderful photo of the Gibson with the blue-green fir in the background. (Is it a blue spruce?)
What a gorgeous Gibson you have there!
This photo is very very beautiful
that Gibson is fantastic! saw a guy last year playing a tenor Cinnamons at the Ilikai in HNL, he let me play it and it sounded awesome...at first I refused but he insisted because he wanted to hear it himself!

I just posted this under my review of the Martin S1 yesterday. My two uke collection at the moment!
Well, it ain't no razor blade....Nickie, you are as sharp as a button. (what does that mean? Ha!)
Pretty little no nonsense ukes can be utterly gorgeous.

Agreed! There is a certain beauty in simplicity. And it's so interesting how different brands accomplish it. The big position dots, love 'em or hate 'em, set the Gibby apart from a similar Martin. But the Martin has its own unique character. As do the entry level KoAlohas.Pretty little no nonsense ukes can be utterly gorgeous.
