Need Help Converting Peter and the Wolf Guitar Tab to Ukulele

Hi, last night I was trying to convert the guitar tab for Peter and the Wolf, and was having trouble with it. I tried an online converter, but it definitely wasn't right. Can anyone help me with this? Thank you in advance.

It looks like the guitar tab is written upside down! Usually tab is written with the bass strings on bottom and the treble string on top, but this tab puts the bass string on top.
