Bourrée, Played on Steel-String Guitar

I find "Bourrée" by Bach (5th movement of Suite in E Minor, BWV 996) a brilliant composition that can still mesmerize today's listeners. Recording the piece was very challenging; it took 99 failed attempts to finally produce an acceptable version. I hope you enjoy the result.

That was quite an accomplishment. Those were some very intricate passages, the bass line under all were stunning. Bravo!
(Oddly, the melody made me go dig out my Jethro Tull "Stand Up" album. I knew I had heard it before

Very nice. I like Bach, and I really enjoyed it. It’s in one of my mandolin books, and I’m working on it too.
