I really like Tap-A-String's StrapKeeper specifically for this-- unobtrusive, 'soft' (no protuding/obvious plastic: there's an open plastic ring that snaps directly to the groove in the pickup jack, the rest is a small strong cord and leather), and works with any strap. StrapKeeper ~ S.
