I owned one, model UL4-20 which was the cedar mahogany combo. I believe the 10 is an all acacia and the 30 is spruce rosewood.
If you like the baritone ukulele and want to get into steel strings this is a great way to go. It is larger then a standard baritone ukulele but smaller then the standard tenor guitar. It has Pono's high build quality and thoughtful design. I eventually moved on to a six string acoustic guitar and sold this instrument
