Serial Numbers

I just got a Flea, serial number 26700. According to my list, that falls between 24304, from 2012 and 30155, from 2018.

Do any of you have a Flea with a number in the 24000 - 30000 with a purchase date? That would let me update my list.

Believe it or not, they don't keep track of serial numbers. They've been "meaning to do that."

There's really no practical reason for them to go to the trouble of doing that. They design them, make them, and sell them.

I have a Fluke #26581, got it back in 2015 or 2016 - dont remember exactly.

Not sure if flukes and fleas share serial numbers.

I bought it new. I had an European Magic Fluke distributor order it for me to save on shipping. I believe it was during the 2015-2016 winter.
