Never seen one of these before, looks like top, sides and back are made of solid rosewood, but the styling looks more like Style 3 to me. Seems like these were made for the Japan market. Solid rosewood for a top? I wonder how that would sound?

The only other one with the same model name I saw was, believe it or not, in PINK! Nazareth, what have you done? :D Martin seems to offer some VERY different models in Japan. Probably some custom ukes ordered by shops there.

the rosewood model is beautiful, i wonder how it sounds.

i b/came the owner of this pink spruce/maple custom concert a month or so back.

incredible sound and playability. and looks.
just, the voice of it. sweet to the nth degree. smooth as butter but w/ plenty of volume.
so well rounded, yet the articulation of individual notes is something to listen to.
absolute sweetheart and i'm very lucky.
i will do a new uke day thingy soon and a review, for what it's worth.
and yes, i bought this from Dolphin Guitars in Japan.
it's a full gloss finish though it allows you to see the maple wood grain.

curious though as to why it is described as a style 2 when it clearly
has some over the top decorative elements and the style 5 headplate.
style 2.5? 3.5?

some other pictures of it. apologies, the light at home this afternoon
is really poor. hope these give you an idea though. guess, the other side of it is,
if the sun were out you might be blinded!
