The sticker in the instrument only says solid top.

No, the other posters are correct. This is the solid top with laminate sides.

I owe same ukulele. I got it from HMS when they were a current model. Very nice ukulele for the money. Mine came with same case. They sound good high g but sound even better in low G. Currently strung with Aquila Sugars, low G. Romero creations Low G or high g string and Oasis all sound great on this ukulele. Good luck with sale.
