Never tried Rosemary Garlic Sourdough, so it's on my list now

Slice a baguette or break it by hand?
 
Plain, but I'm boring. Actually, I used to work in a French bakery and I could eat a croissant just out of the oven. I also saw how much butter was used in making croissant dough.
